I had an absolutely mind-blowing stay at this place! The host was like a sister to me, taking care of every detail. From driving me to the conference venue to showing me the iconic places in the city, she went above and beyond. The apartment was clean, organized, and had all the essentials. It was conveniently located near local restaurants and a supermarket. I also made great friends with other guests. Can't wait to come back!

I was absolutely blown away by my stay at this incredible accommodation! From the seamless check-in process via the WhatsApp app to the amazing single room, complete with a window overlooking a fruitful mandarin tree, every aspect exceeded my expectations. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly for heating, making it so cozy before drifting off to sleep. The common area boasted two shared bathrooms with natural ventilation, hot water, and excellent shower pressure. The shared kitchen had everything I needed, including a washing machine, and the WiFi was excellent for remote working. The cherry on top was the cozy terrace roof, perfect for unwinding. The location was ideal, with a supermarket and public transport just a short 5-minute walk away. The host went above and beyond, even arranging a taxi for me at 5 AM for my departure. I cannot recommend this place enough for its functionality, cleanliness, and the incredible hospitality of the host. It truly felt like a home away from home.

We had a great stay at this well-situated, comfortable and new room. the owner, despite not speaking English, was incredibly helpful and made us feel well taken care of. the apartment was renovated and everything was in pristine condition. Our room was even upgraded to a larger and more comfortable one. the neighborhood may seem simple, but it is actually very safe and the apartment itself is much better than the building may suggest. a wonderful experience and highly recommended for travelers. Cons: Nothing, all was perfect! 😊.

The location of this accommodation is spot-on. It's like having a heavenly escape from the bustling city while still being just a stone's throw away. Plus, the nearby Church of Saint Nicolás is the perfect place for a peaceful retreat.

Size of the room.

The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic! It had a private entrance, which made me feel safe and secure as a solo female traveler. The seating area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I also loved having an electric kettle in the room, so I could make hot tea whenever I wanted. I felt comfortable and at home in this room.

I wasn't a fan of the microwave in the single room. It's just my personal preference, but I prefer using a stove or oven to heat up my food.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location, clean and organized apartment, and the host's exceptional hospitality. Irlanda went above and beyond, driving us to the conference venue and showing us around Valencia. the apartment had all the essentials and was close to local restaurants and a supermarket.

The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The presence of two bathrooms in the house was convenient, as it reduced congestion during busy times. having a small fridge in the room allowed for storing drinks and snacks, providing added convenience.

Another drawback was the lack of air conditioning, resulting in a hot room. However, a fan was provided to alleviate some of the discomfort.
